John is a  resident of Hamburg.   You will find him easy to work with and of course he will meet with you at your first appointment.  He will listen to your needs and desires.  He will create on paper the home you are envisioning.  It can then be fine tuned down to the minute detail of what you envision your new build home to be.

When you have that dream home on paper, a contract will be drawn up.   John will go over each detail in the selection process so that no items are left out.  Your new home will have all the amenities that you desire paying attention to each detail .

We never assume to know your tastes. You will personally pick your plumbing,  kitchen cabinets, floor tile, carpets, mirrors and colors.  We do not dictate where you pick your light fixtures.  Everyone has their own desires!  This is your new build house and it should reflect your tastes not ours.

 
We handle the rest!

We obtain all permits, meet with the architect, and do free site assessments.  John is right there when the first shovel goes in to check ground conditions. He will personally oversee the construction of foundation making sure your new build home is everything it should be.
